LEAN TOUR TO THE ZAKARPATTIA REGION

What inspires us…

/

Three days. Five production sites. Dozens of practical solutions. And the incredible Zakarpattia region.

We invite you to join our annual Lean Tour to Zakarpattia — a journey combining learning, experience sharing, professional networking, and an introduction to some of the region’s best manufacturing practices.

.

🏭 Where we are going for practical experience:

Operating since 1997, the company produces, repairs, rents, and provides logistics services for pallets, supplying customers throughout Ukraine and across Europe. The company follows zero-waste production principles and maintains high standards of quality and environmental responsibility.

KLEN

A Ukrainian full-cycle woodworking company founded in 1997. The company specialises in manufacturing solid wood furniture and textile products made from environmentally friendly materials, combining modern technologies, extensive woodworking experience, and high quality standards.

Lamella successfully operates in both the Ukrainian and export markets while adhering to European quality standards.

Pavlyk

A family-owned company from Zakarpattia, founded in 2007, specialising in solid beech and oak furniture. The company successfully combines modern design, Lean manufacturing principles, and high quality standards, exporting its products to European and Western Asian markets.

.

At each production site, participants will have an opportunity to:

.

Beyond the factories — Zakarpattia, a region you will fall in love with

The Lean Tour is also an opportunity for informal communication with colleagues, new connections, and future partnerships.

The programme includes:
