1. The labor market is coming to life: the number of vacancies is increasing. The job search site notes that the number of posted vacancies increases by 10% every week – this is very dynamic. However, the number of new CVs decreased somewhat due to the summer season, analysts say.

The average salary in Ukraine is at level of UAH 13,909 for vacancies and UAH 15,703 for resumes. Salaries in Kyiv are slightly higher than the market, both for vacancies and for resumes, compared to other cities. In general, salary fluctuations in cities occur within +/- 5%, which is insignificant.

2. The Verkhovna Rada adopted a law on simplifying the regulation of labor relations in the field of small and medium-sized entrepreneurship and reducing the administrative burden on entrepreneurial activity.
The draft law envisages, in particular, the introduction of a contractual regime for the regulation of labor relations for certain categories of employees and for small and medium-sized enterprises. Within the framework of a free labour contract, the parties will be able to regulate their relations at their own discretion: regarding the payment system and regime, employment and dismissal, working hours, length of the working week, holidays and weekends, etc.

3. In July, “Privatbank” resumed the working capital financing program to support small business enterprises with annual revenue from UAH 30 to 300 million.
The minimum lending amount is UAH 500,000, and the maximum is within the estimated credit limit, but not more than UAH 10 million, the bank said in a statement. The term of such lending is 24 months or the term of the state guarantee. The cost of using credit funds is set in accordance with the approved rates under the state guarantee programs and the “5-7-9% Available Loans” program.
