1. Ukrainian courts made a number of important system decisions, depriving tax officials of the right to independently determine risk criteria when forming a tax credit on VAT and, accordingly, block the registration of tax invoices.
The District Administrative Court of Kyiv recognized certain provisions of the Cabinet of Ministers Decision no. 117 of February 21, 2018 unlawful and invalid. This decision concerns the criteria for determining the taxpayer’s riskiness, the risk criteria for conducting operations, a list of tax history indicators.
However, there is still time to file an appeal in the State Fiscal Service. However, the interviewed lawyers note a certain tendency: the courts are increasingly beginning to make system decisions in favor of taxpayers, forcing the government and fiscal services to bring their regulatory framework with the requirements of the Tax Code.

2. In the Cabinet of Ministers are interested in bringing in Ukraine “Amazon” – the world’s largest company that sells goods and services via the Internet. This was stated by Infrastructure Minister Vladimir Emelyan.
Yemelyan suggested that the American side consider the possibility of developing and signing an agreement between Ukrposhta and the US Postal Service. “Such an agreement will provide special tariffs and guaranteed service for US e-commerce players who will deliver their goods in Ukraine, and vice versa. We need a joint commercial push for the development of this segment, Ukrposhta is ready to offer the best commercial conditions and marketing support, ”the Minister noted.

3. The Ministry of Social Policy proposes to introduce three new modes of work that had not previously been settled by law: flexible hours, remote work and independent organization of working time.
Flexible schedule. The employee is allowed to disregard the regime established by the internal labor regulations, subject to the daily, weekly or monthly work hours. Remote work provides the opportunity to work outside the office. In this case, the employee does not obey the rules of labor regulations and he determines the time of work and place. Independent organization of working time. This form of work schedule will be especially beneficial for managers and top management, when an employee actually plans his working day himself, subject to the tasks for which the deadline is set.

4. Reading about furniture components from REHAU is not at all the same as testing them yourself. Mothers-bloggers were convinced of this, who came with their children to the Moscow studio “Vkukoterriya” at the culinary workshop of the company “REHAU”, dedicated to the Children’s Day.

According to The International Tropical Timber Organization, which tracks global sales of furniture and woodworking products, in the spring, Chinese shipments to the States dropped immediately by 29% compared to the winter months. This affected the overall reduction in US furniture imports by nine percent.
From the weakening of China’s position in furniture retail, the United States was won by neighboring Canada and Mexico, as well as Indonesia. These countries have increased export shipments to the Americans.
