Special Course for Participants of the FURNITURE OF UKRAINE Joint Stand at the Meble Polska 2025 Exhibition in Poznań, Poland
Objective: Maximize the company’s opportunities for securing new export orders during the Meble Polska 2025 exhibition in Poznań.
Goals:
- Conduct an export readiness audit for the company, identifying its strengths and weaknesses.
- Define strategic goals for participation in the exhibition, including objectives for attracting new clients and partners.
- Analyze target markets and identify the types of clients who may be interested in the company’s products.
- Create a list of key potential clients and develop personalized approaches for them.
- Develop a positioning strategy for the company and its products for international clients.
- Create a post-exhibition marketing plan to maintain client interest.
- Determine key techniques for conducting B2B negotiations in international markets.
- Learn techniques for attracting the attention of clients and partners at exhibitions.
- Develop an effective booth management plan and resource allocation strategy during the exhibition.
- Conduct a final export readiness audit for the company after completing the course.
