The Ukrainian Association of Furniture Manufacturers and the Union of Furniture Manufacturers (UPM, Moldova) signed a Memorandum of Understanding.

Both sides agreed to cooperate in order to establish partnerships and mutually beneficial relations, organize B2B meetings in order to establish new ties and ensure exchange of experience and partnerships.
The Union of Furniture Manufacturers (UPM) is an association of legal entities, founded in 2004, with the legal status of a non-profit, non-governmental, independent and apolitical organization, created on the basis of free association and equality. UPM operates on behalf of domestic furniture, wood products, raw materials, importers of raw materials and wood products, and sectors adjacent to the furniture sector. At the branch level, UPM is the only association of its kind in the Republic of Moldova, which includes companies and member companies, which account for over 70% of local furniture production.
